Our factory is in Wenzhou, Zhejiang, China — the stainless steel valve manufacturing hub. We export to EPC contractors and distributors in Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore, Philippines, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman and Bahrain. Typical delivery is 5–10 days to Southeast Asia and 15–20 days to the Middle East by sea freight from Ningbo / Shanghai port.
What is the MOQ and lead time?
MOQ starts from 1 piece for standard stock sizes (DN25–DN100 wafer butterfly, flanged ball, threaded ball, Y-strainer). Standard lead time is 7–20 days. Custom sizes, actuated valves, ATEX / IECEx and sanitary specials take 15–25 days.
Which certifications do your valves carry?
Our factory is ISO 9001:2015 certified. Valves are manufactured to API 600 (gate), API 608 (ball), API 609 / EN 593 (butterfly), ASME B16.34 / B16.5 (flanges), EN 558 face-to-face, DIN, JIS and GOST standards. Every shipment includes EN 10204 3.1 MTC, API 598 pressure test report, packing list and commercial invoice.
What payment terms, packaging and warranty do you offer?
Payment: T/T 30% deposit + 70% before shipment; L/C at sight for EPC package orders. Packaging: export plywood case (fumigation-free pallet), flange faces protected. Warranty: 12 months after shipment for material and manufacturing defects — covers casting defects, seat / ball non-conformance, stem leakage and body dimensional non-conformance. Damage from misuse, throttling abuse, wrong material selection or field disassembly is not covered.
